I have lived in the West Country all of my life and I’m inspired by its ever changing landscapes, coastline and people. I became interested in photography many years ago, starting with black and white film and developing my photos at home.
I am now a keen digital photographer always looking for that special shot. As you’ll see from my collection of photographs, I enjoy landscape photography. I rarely leave home without my camera and can be found chasing a brilliant sunset or a dramatic seascape or just capturing a lonely tree most weekends. When going on holiday, my camera bag is one of the first to be packed and I have been lucky enough to visit some beautiful places.
Being a member of the Exeter Camera Club has inspired and encouraged me to try other areas of photography.
I especially enjoy processing my images as black and white or monochrome and many indeed are enhanced by this, highlighting detail that is lost in a colour image.
